Japan recognizes that 311 was "man-made"
Well it seems that the Japanese government has made a step towards disclosing the truth behind 311. Lightworkers and people that do their own investigation (bypassing the brainwashed mainstream media) by relying on multiple independent sources of information on the Internet, the only reliable source of information on planet Earth currently, know that 311 was a terrorist attack by the cabal on Japanese soil. The nuclear reactors are very likely to have been sabotaged by an Israeli security company whose name is magna bsp. Some software viruses were deliberately introduced into the computer systems that control the nuclear fission. It seems that some mini nuke devices were also introduced into the cameras that monitor the activity of the reactors. But more than that we know that the quake itself was artificially triggered after Chikyu Maru, a drilling ship cooperated by Japan and USA to explore the marine undergrounds made a drill off the coast of Fukushima pretending to conduct some kind of geological research. This is confirmed independently by Benjamin Fulford, Richard Koshimizu, Pastor Paulo Izumi to name a few. Then they planted a nuclear device into the Earth's crust that most likely triggered the devastating quake. Maybe it was used in conjunction with HAARP. We don't know for sure.
Anyway, the investigative panel in charge of investigating the factors that provoked the disaster has reported today that the catastrophe was "man-made".

Fukushima Disaster Was Man-Made, Investigation Finds

The Fukushima nuclear disaster was the result of a mix of “man-made” factors including regulators who failed to provide adequate prevention and a government lacking commitment to protect the public, said a report from an independent parliamentary investigation.
The accident “cannot be regarded as a natural disaster,” the panel’s chairman, Tokyo University professor emeritus Kiyoshi Kurokawa, wrote in the report released today in Tokyo. “It was a profoundly manmade disaster -- that could and should have been foreseen and prevented. And its effects could have been mitigated by a more effective human response.”

Residents of Minamisoma, in Japan's Fukushima prefecture, talk about
their lives one year after a record earthquake and ensuing tsunami
caused nuclear meltdowns at the nearby Dai-Ichi nuclear power plant.
In September last year, restrictions on some areas near the crippled
power station were lifted, but the fear of radiation exposure has made
thousands flee their homes, leaving families living beyond the
20-kilometer (12.6-mile) exclusion zone around the plant divided.

This finding may have implications for all of Japan’s nuclear plant operators if it leads to tougher earthquake- resistance standards. The operators reported combined losses of 1.6 trillion yen ($20 billion) in the year ended March owing to safety shutdowns of the country’s 50 reactors and higher fuel bills when they started up gas and oil-fired plants. Two reactors have since won approval to restart.
Revisit Assumptions
If the Fukushima reactor had already been crippled by the quake when the tsunami hit, it would force regulators to reconsider the seismic criteria that all of Japan’s plants need to live up to, their so-called design basis, said Najmedin Meshkati, a professor of civil engineering at the University of Southern California who has researched nuclear safety in Japan.“This finding basically puts into question some of the design basis assumptions that we have,” Meshkati said in a phone interview. “If this reactor got some damage because of the earthquake, we really need to go back and revisit some of our assumptions that we have for the design basis of other reactors.”
The six-month independent investigation, the first of its kind with wide-ranging subpoena powers in Japan’s constitutional history, held public hearings with former Prime Minister Naoto Kan and Tokyo Electric Power Co.’s ex-president Masataka Shimizu, who gave conflicting accounts of the disaster response.
Other Reports
Three other investigations led by the government, the utility and a private foundation said in earlier reports that they found no evidence of major damage to reactor buildings and equipment at the Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear station from last year’s March 11 quake. They concluded the plant was swamped by a 13-meter tsunami that followed the quake, knocking out backup power generation and causing the meltdown of three reactors.Radiation fallout from the reactors forced the evacuation of about 160,000 people and left land in the area uninhabitable for decades.
The independent commission has 10 members, including its chairman Kurokawa. The group comprises a seismologist and a former nuclear engineer who have warned of safety risks at atomic plants and have criticized the government’s nuclear energy policy.
Lacking Information
Mitsuhiko Tanaka, a former nuclear equipment engineer at a unit of Hitachi Ltd. (6501) and a member of the commission, and Hiroaki Koide, an assistant professor at Kyoto University’s Research Reactor Institute, are among those who have said the quake may have caused more damage to the Fukushima plant than so far reported.The commission’s report also said the Fukushima situation was worsened by government mismanagement, while adding that the utility known as Tepco can’t use the government as a scapegoat as its own information disclosure through the disaster was lacking.
Japan’s parliament in December appointed Kurokawa, a doctor of medicine, to head the investigative panel.
Kurokawa clashed with the government when Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and his cabinet approved a bill on Jan. 31 to create a new nuclear regulatory agency.
“It is very hard to understand how the cabinet decision has been made” before the panel finishes its investigation, Kurokawa said in the statement. One of the panel’s missions is to make recommendations including the reexamination of Japan’s nuclear policy and administrative organizations to prevent a future nuclear accident, Kurokawa said.
Higher Cost
After amending the bill on the new regulator to give it more independence, the parliament passed the legislation on June 20. The new watchdog to be established as early as September, will replace the Nuclear Industrial Safety Agency and the Nuclear Safety Commission, two regulatory bodies criticized for their poor handling of the Fukushima disaster.Forcing Japan’s reactors to undergo expensive retrofits for earthquakes could make nuclear power less competitive compared to other sources, said Andrew DeWit, a professor at Tokyo’s Rikkyo University who focuses on energy policy.
“Once you start doing these revisions -- you’ve got to build huge walls, you’ve got to do all kinds of things,” DeWit said. “It’s raising the cost of power.”

Well it does not mention any thing related to terrorism but says it was caused by negligence by both Tepco and the government.
But at least it is a good beginning towards a full disclosure because they use the "man-made" terminology which is closer to artificial than natural...

The beginning of the mass arrests in France?
By now you should have already heard about the idea of the Mass Arrests. This idea that those that have conspired against Humanity over the years must be arrested, neutralized, tried and punished for the crimes they committed.
Drake has been talking about that for months now.
Benjamin Fulford talked about that a few years ago already.
Well even if it does not happen on a single day, which I believe, they will happen for sure gradually, over several days or months.
Conspirators from different horizons, political, financial, corporate will get sued.
And it seems that it has started recently in France.

Police officers have carried out a number of raids in Paris - on the villa Nicolas Sarkozy shares with his wife Carla Bruni, on the law offices of the former president's attorneys and on the apartment provided to him by the government.
Judge Jean-Michele Gentil and financial police searched the Sarkozys’ villa Montmorency, located in the French capital's most luxurious district, the offices of Arnaud, Claude and Associates, in which Sarkozy is a shareholder, and an apartment given to the former president by the government.
The raids are reportedly linked to a campaign finance corruption scandal involving billionaire L’Oreal heiress Lilian Bettencourt.
Bettencourt, France’s richest woman, is alleged to have illegally contributed two payments of 400,000 euros each to Mr Sarkozy's 2007 election campaign, despite the fact the legal limit on individual donations being 4,600 Euro.
Both were traced to Swiss accounts, and one was allegedly received by Sarkozy in person in Paris, in return for offering the cosmetics magnate tax breaks once he came to power.
Numerous witnesses including a butler, nurse and chauffeur have described seeing Mr Sarkozy paying personal visits to the Bettencourt mansion in Neuilly-sur-Seine, the upmarket Paris suburb.
Sarkozy’s presidential immunity from prosecution expired on June 16th and his former budget minister Eric Woerth has already been charged with corruption.
This is just one of several cases Sarkozy may be investigated for, now that constitutional protection has been removed. He is also facing allegations that he profited from illegal arms sales to Pakistan, and that he accepted millions from former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
His lawyer Thierry Herzog said Sarkozy, who was defeated in his re-election bid in May by the Socialist Francois Hollande, is currently in Canada with his family.

Katy Perry’s music video “Wide Awake” is another offering from the pop music industry that conceals references to Monarch programming within its symbolism. References to this practice occur often in mass media but are often coded using specific symbols and imagery. We’ll look at the hidden meaning of Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake”.
Many articles on this site described how many items of popular culture conceal within their symbolism references to an unknown, horrendous practice: Monarch programming. This technique of mind control seeks to create fully “programmable” individuals and is used by the shadowy elite in fields such as the military, politics and the murky underworld (for detailed information on Monarch programming, read the article Origins and Techniques of Monarch Mind Control). Another area in which mind control (especially Monarch programming) is used is the entertainment business – not only because some celebrities are actual victims of mind control, but because entertainment is used to subtly normalize and glamorize this awful practice through symbolism.
Katy Perry’s video Wide Awake is yet another music video that alludes to the concept of Monarch programming through its storyline and its imagery. While this might not be obvious to most people, those who have some knowledge of the subject of mind control find it extremely blatant.
In many ways, the video resembles works that have been previously analyzed on this site, such as the movies Labyrinth and Sucker Punch and music videos like Paramore’s Brick by Boring Brick. All of these productions visually represent the inner-world of Monarch slaves through a specific set of symbols: mirrors, butterflies (especially Monarch butterflies), mazes and so forth. Not only do these objects aptly portray psychological concepts, they are actual “trigger images” used in mind control on Monarch slaves. Wide Awake fully utilizes this set of symbols, which gives the storyline a deeper, and more disturbing, meaning.
Most mainstream media articles on Wide Awake say that it is about Katy Perry “navigating the maze of fame”. While this might be true, the video cannot be completely explained without considering the element of Monarch programming. For instance, why is Perry shown at sitting on a wheelchair, completely “out of it” inside a health institution? Probably because there is more to the video than meets the eye. Let’s look at the deeper meaning of its scenes.
Wide awake
At the beginning of the video, we see Katy completing the filming of her popular video California Gurls. She is wearing her now famous pink wig. She is fully into her “sexy pop star” persona.
Katy is doing what is expected of her in front of the cameras.
Katy
stands at a gateway flanked by two pillars. In esoteric symbolism,
pillars guard the entrance of sacred and mystical places. In this case,
it is Katy’s own mind.
During
mind control, handlers literally take control of the slave’s mind and
can program everything within it. This causes the slave to become a
stranger inside his/her own mind as their thoughts are meticulously
controlled and programmed.
Katy’s
core persona is the “real her” (Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson), complete
with her values and convictions. It is the personality she had before
being subjected to programming. Mind control seeks to strip individuals
from their core persona in order to program a new one that will easily
comply with orders. Here, Katy has the opportunity of reconnecting with
her core persona. It will indeed become her guide.
Katy
and little Katheryn find themselves in a room full of mirrors. The
dark-and-light floor represents duality, a concept extremely important
in mind control programming. The fact that little Katheryn’s reflection
does not appear in the mirror emphasizes the fact that the girl is not
real, but a part of Katy’s psychology. Katy’s dress is full of
butterflies, a rather strong reminder that she is under Monarch
Programming.
As
Katy breaks the mirror, we see butterflies flying off her dress – an
image that emphasizes the fact that she is breaking out of Monarch
programming.
Breaking Out?
Then next scene is in sharp contrast to the rest of the video. While before it was all about fantasy and mystery, we are now in a cold, sterile health institution. In other words, we appear to be out of Katy’s head and back to reality. Katy appears to be completely “shut down”, sitting on a wheel chair in what appears to be a mental institution. Is this her MK programming site?
Katy
looks like what MK victims must look like after enduring the trauma of
Mind control . She is totally “out of it” and probably drugged by the
strawberry she is holding.
While Katy is somewhat of a zombie, her core persona, little Katheryn, is “Wide Awake” and is determined to get out of there. Some people, however, do not want to see that happen.

Do these non-human, evil-looking men represent Katy’s handlers?
The lyrics of the song convey this sense of liberation from a deceitful and oppressive state of mind. Here’s the first chorus:
I’m wide awakeSo, at this point, one might ask: Is this video about Katy actually breaking out of mind control? The rest of the video might answer the question.
Yeah, I was in the dark

How did I read the stars so wrong?

And now it’s clear to me

Yeah, I was dreaming for so long
Upon leaving the institution, Katy and her core persona find themselves back in the fantasy land.
Katy
and her core persona are back in the dissociative fantasy land - at
the other side of the Labyrinth where things seem nicer.
This
cat with hypnotic eyes is a reminder that Katy might still be tightly
monitored and under the control of her handlers. The butterflies on
Katy’s head are also a good indicator of this fact.
Katheryn,
the core, authentic persona of Katy says goodbye. Why is she leaving?
Isn’t our core personality something we should ALWAYS have?
Back
in her dressing room, realizes that she’s been given a butterfly. Did
her Katheryn give Katy the poisonous gift of being back under mind
control?
Did she learn from something from Katheryn and is now better equipped to face the pitfalls of celebrity? Maybe. However, the orgy of butterflies in the video reminds us that, in the end, she is still under the control of the music industry and the MK symbolism it promotes. Need more proof? Check out her attire while she performed Wide Awake at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Canada.
Katy is basically one big giant butterfly – the ultimate symbol of Monarch Programming.

In Conclusion
Although it is probably the most disgusting and vicious concept known to man, Monarch programming is often referenced in popular culture. And, since Monarch programming is one of the ways the occult elite keeps a stranglehold on many areas, including the entertainment industry, it is often subtly glamorized in mass media. Most people let all of this imagery go straight to their minds without even understanding its true meaning. However, there is one way to not allow these unwanted messages to reach our brains: Be TRULY wide awake.

You create Light from Darkness...

[About the Children of Light Conference]
SPEAKING THE UNSPEAKABLE

What happened at the Children of Light Conference in Denver can only be
described as “beyond words.” So why bother with words? The answer to
that is to read between the lines.
Astrophysicists now speculate that some 95-97 percent of the universe is
made up of dark matter or dark energy. Only some 3-5 percent is made up
of light or matter. In other words, one could say that “matter” doesn’t
matter. But maybe not. What is dark matter? Scientists can only
hypothesize. What is dark energy? Same thing. In other words, this, too,
is “beyond words.”
Even though the Children of Light Conference has only the word “Light”
in its title, the truth that needs to be told is that it is time to
speak the unspeakable: Light comes out of Darkness (dark matter, dark
energy). Scientists don’t yet know how this happens, but the work of
scientists like Stuart Hameroff, MD, physicist Roger Penrose, PhD, and
Nassim Haramein all point to what is between the lines: the act of
transforming darkness into light comes about through consciousness. In
other words, humanity, if it chooses to fully see itself, is the
co-creator of Light. And this was the inherent theme of the Children of
Light Conference.
The reason I bring this up stems from the volumes of traffic across the
Internet that is pointing to defeat of the “Dark Cabal.” A warlike
mentality permeates the Web where we are to defeat the darkness. I
submit that this is limited thinking, dualistic mentality. Instead, we
should fully recognize that we are the transformers of darkness into
light. It’s inbred within the human condition. Rather than focus on the
dualism, the conflict, the separation, I invite everyone to pay
attention to what happened at the Denver Children of Light Conference
where the theme was unadulterated Oneness and Wholeness (take note of
Nassim Harramein’s model of the Black Hole/White Whole model).
On YouTube I put together a video ( http://youtu.be/VG99f4H6III
) that announced the coming together of the two great blessings: the
Oneness Blessing, and the Wholeness Blessing. We knew we were in for a
wild conference when we started the Wholeness Blessing only to have all
the fire alarms in the hotel go off. Rather than panic, everyone stayed
seated continuing the Chant of Surrender (to Divine Love). Apparently
the hotel had a very difficult time shutting the alarms off after they
discovered the building was NOT burning to the ground.
However, I have to admit, that when I received the Wholeness Blessing, a
whole other kind of fire alarm went off inside of me. As this blessing
of grace from the angelic realm flooded me, I fell back, supported by
those the conference staff amusingly called “the catchers.” While being
carried away to a section of the ballroom where I could peacefully
recover, a burning sensation went from my heart to my face, and then
into the pituitary gland of my head. The heat then consumed my whole
body as the bliss left me with this wondrous sense that the wholeness
within me would ultimately translate into wholeness in our world.
Hundreds were in line to receive the blessing. And hundreds had similar
experiences as mine, some more dramatic, some more peaceful. As much as I
love drama, I’m going to refrain from making this event sound like a
Benny Hinn tent revival. It wasn’t. Calmness, self-assurance, and bliss
filled the entire ballroom even into the next night when we entered into
the Grand Formation that the angels had requested of us.
We needed 333 people to complete the sacred geometry that made up the
Grand Formation. Each person stood in a critical spot to make up the
specific human-based sacred geometry. As we set people in their places, I
did a quick count to see if we had the 333 people needed. We were 8
people short. Some 21 people who had registered did not show up. Joe
Crane, the leader of the conference event, decided we would all break
for dinner and come back afterwards to begin the ritual in the Grand
Formation.
While others poured out of the ballroom, a few of us stayed back. Jewls,
one of the conference leaders came up to me and stated
matter-of-factly, “I’m going to set intent that we manifest the rest of
the people needed to reach 333. Will you join me?” Before we both
entered into meditation, one of the other leaders, Mahaal, came up and
said, “Do you think we could work together and manifest intent to keep
the fire alarms from going off again? I really want the Grand Formation
to be a holy and sacred experience.”
I started laughing, replying, “Mahaal, the fire alarms were my favorite
part” (from the previous night). So while Jewls and I concentrated on
getting 333 to show up after dinner, Mahaal focused on keeping the fire
alarms from going off. When everyone returned from dinner, the count
showed 341 people in the Grand Formation! So we began.
As soon as we began the opening ceremony, all the car alarms around the
hotel went off. I couldn’t help myself from laughing. Mahaal had
manifested well, as had Jewls and I. When we got to the key part of the
full ceremony, an electricity filled the air. While we chanted, “I Am,
You Are, We Are One,” this plasma of energy descended on us all. Every
hair on my arm felt like it had been plugged into an electric socket.
The bliss filled me ... and then overflowed ... to the point where I
felt like I was on fire. I looked over at Jewls, who stood in the same
part of the formation, and I noticed she was cooking as much as I.
Reverie embraced everyone in the formation as we continued the ceremony.
Just when I thought I would pass out, a fresh breeze blew through the
ballroom as we finished. We were done ... in more ways than one.
Everyone just kind of stood there and looked at everyone else. We were
reading between the lines.
The angels had stated that this formation would bring to the world great
blessing. Our world will now have available to it the Wholeness
Blessing and the Oneness Blessing. Speaking from personal experience,
this is, and will be, a massive cooperative effort at transforming the
Darkness into Light on our planet. This is and will be the finest moment
of humanity’s history. It’s not about conquering, or defeating, or
winning. It’s about transforming, co-creating, and building anew. If you
haven’t received either the Oneness Blessing or the Wholeness blessing,
consider adding your personal power to this globally transformative
process. See what I have seen between the lines—the way we transform
this planet is through each and every one of us, one persona at a time.
We don’t need to look to a cavalry to come to the rescue for rescue is
already at hand. We don’t need to conquer darkness or the Dark Cabal, we
have only to stand in our own power and manifest by choice a world
based on our being One People, of One Heart, co-creating One World. So
be it.
