The Alliance Fleet

Since the Archon invasion in 1996, there is an intense war going on in this Solar System.

Right after 1996, the joint Draco-Reptilian fleet together with many factions of the Illuminati secret space program had almost total control of this Solar System. Many humans were forced to work for them as slaves, mining the asteroids. Draco forces tended to occupy the colonies in the outer Solar System, whereas the Illuminati focused more on the asteroid belt, Mars and the Moon.

On the Moon, there was the traditional divide between the near side and the far side. The near side was occupied mostly by positive races, with the main exception of the Archimedes base, destroyed earlier in 1977, which belonged to the Solar Warden program. Dracos, Reptilians and Illuminati had their bases mostly on the far side. The reason for this is that they wanted to hide their activity from the prying eyes of the surface humanity, but at the same time they did not have advanced cloaking technology the Light forces have. For the same reason they have painted their secret spacecraft in black color to lower their albedo (reflectivity) in order to avoid detection by professional and amateur astronomers on the surface. Also, they had to adjust flight trajectories to minimize the risk of detection.
  

  
 

LOC (Lunar Operations Command), which was the main stronghold of the Solar Warden program and now belongs to the Light forces, is located on the far side of the Moon.

Luckily after the 1996 invasion the main base of the Light forces on Ganymede was not taken. The Ganymede base is the location of the main interdimensional portal towards Sirius for this solar system and this portal was maintained intact throughout the invasion, holding the Light.

In addition to that, a resistance movement was organized in the Draco/Illuminati slave colony on planet X. This Resistance Movement made physical contact with the Pleiadians parked beyond the heliopause in the outer Kuiper belt and with Pleiadian backup it organized a mutiny on planet X in December 1999, kicked out the Illuminati, freed the planet and shifted its base to underground Agartha network on planet Earth.

Planet X was used from then onward by the Light forces as the strategic base for Solar System cleanup operations. First they cleared the main military stronghold of the dark forces on Charon. Then they proceeded quite quickly through the outer Solar System, cleared it, and then intense battles were taking place in the main asteroid belt between 2000 and 2003.

In March 2001, a certain important operation of the Light forces was completed and the Central Civilization was able to intervene directly into the Solar System. They have positioned spherical midway stations the size of the Moon just outside the heliopause of this Solar System to stabilize the inflow of intense energies from the Galactic Central Sun which was about to become more active at the peak of its 26,000 year cycle. By directing these energies into the Solar system harmoniously, many cataclysms, including those on Earth, were prevented. When the Illuminati detected the presence of these spheres, they freaked out and created the 9-11.

In 2003, the Light forces began to prevail in the Solar System and in 2012, all negative secret space programs except those connected directly to the Chimera Group were cleared out.

Now the only problem outside Earth is a very small number of Chimera individuals and their minions which defend their Solar System strongholds (mainly implant guardian stations) with plasma strangelet and toplet bombs. Because everybody on Earth has implants that block access to that intel, all intel about the Chimera is in the deepest shadow of collective unconsciousness, much deeper than SRA , MK Ultra, MILABs or SSP.

After the successful opening of the IS:IS portal on December 15th last year, which has completed the triangulation of darkness for the Local cluster of galaxies, the Central Civilization has positioned larger spherical midway stations (some of them up to 30,000 miles in diameter) at the heliopause and repositioned many smaller, Moon sized ones inside the Solar System.

  

  
 

After the successful removal of all physical strangelet and toplet bombs in late January this year, an operation for the final liberation of our Solar System (codenamed MOSS) has been initialized. 

Planet Earth is still the focus of the proxy war between many extraterrestrial races. Representatives of many races have entered the quarantine many lifetimes ago and they kept fighting. On the Light side, most of the Lightworkers have come from Pleiades and Sirius. Many Lightwarriors originate from Antares and Arcturus. Most representatives of the Dragon families originate from the positive faction of the Draconian race. Many members of the Resistance Movement and Positive Military have Andromedan origin. On the dark side, the Rothschilds come from Orion. The Rockefeller/Bush/Illuminazi faction comes from the negative faction of the Draconian race. Islamic State and Blackwater/Xe/Academi mercenaries have Reptilian origin. The Jesuits and Black Nobility families come from the negative Andromedan faction.

All ships of the Light forces inside of our Solar System are cloaked with a Tachyon membrane to avoid detection from the surface of the planet. Many of these ships follow similar orbit as main belt asteroids and Kuiper belt objects and most of their Tachyon membranes project the spectral signature of an ordinary chondrite (for asteroid belt ships) and the spectral signature of frozen methane (for Kuiper belt ships). Therefore surface astronomers mistake them for regular asteroids or Kuiper belt objects. 

These ships are not ships as we understand them, they are multidimensional biosatellites, an organic interaction of consciousness and intelligent Light matter.

The smaller ships belong to the Ashtar Command, the Jupiter Command and Pleiadian, Sirian, Andromedan, Arcturian and Resistance fleets. The larger spheric biosatellites belong to the Central Civilization.

Millions of years ago, the Central Civilization began to build interdimensional doorways throughout the Galaxy and create the Galactic network of Light. As it did so, it encountered many races throughout the Galaxy, assisting them to achieve the same level of spiritual maturity. All those sovereign, spiritually mature races have created a confederate union which is called the Galactic Confederation (NOT Galactic Federation). There is a special division of the Galactic Confederation which is called the Ashtar Command. The purpose of the Ashtar Command is the liberation of this planet. Another important division is called the Jupiter Command. The Jupiter Command is the guardian of the Ganymede portal and its main purpose is the spiritual liberation of this Solar System. It is the main spiritual force behind the Order of the Star and behind the Blue Dragon families. 

Many people were mind-programmed against the Ashar Command after 1996. Since then, most of the channelers were mind-programed also, their transmissions disrupted and they are now mainly receiving deceptive messages from the Archon etheric/plasma grid technology instead.

The key here is to search for the Light. If you seek contact with the Light forces, you will find it. If you choose to always focus on the negativity, fearing that everything is just another scam, you will find it. So choose your focus wisely.

As we are now in the Breakthrough phase, the purpose of the Alliance (another word for the allied Light forces) is to continue with the final offensive to completely liberate Sector 3. Sector 3 is the deep intel codename for the Solar System.

The Alliance extraterrestrial forces are the master force behind the BRICS/Eastern Alliance on the surface of this planet. 

After the completion of MOSS (Multidimensional Operations Solar System) and subsequent Sublunar Operations, the Event will follow.

This will be the completion of an old prophecy which is part of the spiritual lore of the Central Civilization about the time when all darkness will disappear from the Galaxy and the Galactic network of Light will be completed.

現在、欧米の金融マフィアらが自らの権力延命のために世界各国の個人や企業

上記リンクのIMFレポート49ページには、『多くの国々が2008年の金融危機
以前の公的債務（国の借金）レベルにまで戻すためには、全世帯の貯蓄の1割
ほどを徴税する必要がある』…等々の内容が明記されている。
しかしその本当の目的は、金融マフィアの管理下にある欧米諸国や日本などの
民間中央銀行制度と、そこにぶら下がる賄賂漬け傀儡政府の維持に他ならない。

今週の11月10日～11日に中国で開かれるAPEC首脳会議や14日～16日に
オーストラリアで開かれるG20サミットの場で、「IMFにかわる新たな国際
金融機構の設立」が発表、もしくは検討されるようでなければ、近い将来に
日本を含む各国の個人や企業の資産略奪は確実に実施されるだろう。

BRICSは既に独自の開発銀行、並びに金融安定機構（危機に備えたファンド）
の設立を発表しているが、欧米勢が参加していない時点で世界規模の組織とは
言えない。
今回の2つの国際会議に際し、BRICS同盟とG7諸国がお互いに妥協策を模索
しなければ、欧米勢が各国民の「資産差押え」に踏み出し、その結果、2008年
のリーマンショックを超える世界的金融危機を招くことになる。



【 民間中央銀行制度の限界 】

その「資産略奪計画」が実行されたとしても、欧米権力の基盤である民間中央
銀行制度（借金奴隷制度）のビジネスモデルはいずれ崩壊する。
いくら欧米諸国の中央銀行が「量的緩和」などの策を打ち出したとしても、
結局のところ、景気後退の中では企業がお金を借りる動機付けにはならない。

そのためヨーロッパや日本では「マイナス金利」などの策も試みられているが、
それでは国内の資産が海外へと流出するだけであり、景気回復には繋がらない。 
また、「ゼロ金利」、もしくは「マイナス金利」の状態でお金を借りたとしても、
その返済が出来なければ資産が差し押さえられてしまう。やはり景気後退の
中では、「返済の見込みが立たない」と考える企業の方が絶対的に多いのが現実
だ。

世界の金融システムが疲弊し、限界に達している今は、民間中央銀行の
「銀行券（借金札）発行」の制度から「政府紙幣発行」の制度へと移行して
いく他に 欧米諸国や日本が景気を回復させる手立てはない。「政府紙幣」を
発行すれば、その額は政府の「負債」として計上されることはなく、そのまま
政府の「財政収入」となる。

当然ながら、各国の中央銀行を掌握する欧米の金融マフィアらは、そのような
事態を避けるために様々な工作を仕掛けている。しかしながら、どれにしても
彼らの思うような成果は得られていない。

例えば、現在、アメリカとサウジアラビアが結託して「国際原油価格の暴落」
を再燃させようとしているが、これも彼らの目論み通りには事が運んでいない。
この演出は、明らかにロシア経済を痛めつけるのが目的であるが、ロシアの
エネルギー生産は主に国内向けであり、それ程の打撃にはなっていない。
逆に、生産コストの高いシェールガスに依存するアメリカ側に採算割れが生じ、
むしろロシアよりも大きなダメージを受けている始末だ。その結果、対外赤字
で苦しんでいるアメリカは、中近東からのさらなる石油輸入に頼らざるを得な
くなる。



【 アメリカ、政変の兆し 】

しかも先週、このアメリカによる経済攻撃に対抗するべく、ロシア政府は新た
な「ガス供給協定」に関する中国の大筋合意を取り付けている。これにより、
ロシアは東西2つのパイプラインで安定して中国へと天然ガスを送ることが
出来るようになる。さらにロシアは、国内における「米ドルの使用禁止」まで
をも検討し始めている。
今の状況では、アメリカがロシアを負かすよりも、アメリカ国内に政変が起き
る可能性の方が高いだろう。

CIA筋によると、先週4日に投開票が行われたアメリカ中間選挙の結果を受け、
上下両院で過半数の議席を獲得した共和党の幹部らが、オバマ政権の実質的
権力者とされるバレリー・ジャレット大統領上級顧問を解任へと追い込もうと
いう動きもあるという。
また、ペンタゴンにおいても上層部再編の可能性が高まっているようだ。
アメリカ軍産複合体の中で働く人々を対象に行われた最新の調査でも、現職の
国防長官：チャック・ヘーゲルへの支持率はたったの26％であった。

CIA筋から寄せられた情報によると、米軍が「何らかの事態」に備えて既に
アメリカ国内の各大都市付近に配備されており、裏では「臨時軍事政権の樹立」
も囁かれているという。同筋は、『軍事政権が発足すれば、パパブッシュを含む
数千人の権力者らが一斉に逮捕される』と話している。

他にも、アメリカ国内に革命の機運が高まっている兆しとして、コロラド州や
ワシントン州などに続き、先週からはオレゴン州、アラスカ州、ワシントンD.C.
においても大麻の合法化が始まっている。



【 ヨーロッパ、デモ再燃 】

ヨーロッパでも、既存の権力に対する不満は再燃している。
ようやくギリシャ危機が沈静化したと思いきや、今度はそれを超える経済危機
がイタリアとフランスで始まっている。フランスのオランド大統領においては
経済の低迷から支持率が過去最低の12％にまで落ち込み、高失業率にあえぐ
イタリアでもマッテオ・レンツィ首相が打ち出す「解雇規制の緩和」への反発
から100万人規模のデモが連日のように続いている。

また、EU本部が置かれるベルギー・ブリュッセルでも6日、「公共サービスの
予算削減」や「年金の受け取り年齢の引き上げ」などの緊縮財政策に反対する
市民10万人がデモ集会へと集まり、激しい暴動へと発展している。

さらには、欧州委員会が「EUの予算負担額の再計算により…」との理由で、
突として約21億ユーロ（約2900億円）の追加拠出をイギリスに請求したこと
を受け、英国諜報機関MI5筋は『イギリスのEU離脱は確実だろう』と伝えて
いる。

グノーシス派の人間も、以前から『欧米全土で革命が起きるのも時間の問題だ』
と警告していたのだが、先週11月5日にはその前触れとも思わせるデモ集会が
欧米400ヵ所以上で勃発、大勢の人々が「革命・抵抗」の国際的シンボルと
されるガイ・フォークスの仮面を着用して集まっている。

が本格的な革命へと発展していくことを防ぐために新たな「マーシャルプラン」

I think the latest post published by Benjamin Fulford, dated of October 28th, 2014, is a significant milestone.
Especially the fact that Fulford described the ISIS campaign as an internal war within the US military and compared that to the civil war that occurred within the Roman empire at its end.
This matches what David Wilcock said in his book "The Synchronicity Key" in which he says that time repeats itself and History evolves cyclically. In particular, he said that the USA was in fact the rebirth of the Roman empire. Therefore we can predict the end of the USA corporation...

The battle over the psychological process of deciding what humanity does in the future is reaching a climax. The most dramatic development is probably the fact that the so-called ISIS campaign is now becoming a civil war within the military industrial complex of the sort seen during the last years of the Roman republic.

Also, the old cabal is ramping up its ebola fear campaign in the US even as it is being damped down elsewhere. The 188 nation BRICS alliance, for its part, continues to seek new friends for peaceful development and is succeeding in drawing England, France, Germany and Japan into its orbit.

The BRICS alliance members will make sure the world does not trade US unipolar hegemony for Chinese hegemony. Last week Japanese military forces staged simultaneous military drills with Russia and the United States. The United States military in Japan welcomed this move.

Russia has also staged drills with India, even as the US stages repeated drills with many countries in Asia. This is all aimed at China, multiple sources agree.

According to Marco Di Mauro of the Italian P2 Freemason lodge, in 2008, the last time he went to Asia to negotiate a new financial system with the Chinese, they demanded 80% control of the world’s assets. More recently, he says he was forced to cancel a trip to Asia because he was warned by the Italian secret service the Chinese were planning to have him killed in Manila.

Di Mauro also says that a “Vatican congregation manager” by the name of Rienzi Franco met with Chinese secret service agents in Hong Kong in 2011 and offered China $13 trillion.

If this above is all true, it goes against the deal the White Dragon Society made with the Asians which was that there would be a 50/50 split between East and West with each retaining veto power over their own region.

The point being made by all the drills is that if China tries to take sole control of the planet, there will be war because India, Russia, Japan, Europe, the United States and many other countries will not let that happen.

The goal is to have a multi-polar world along with reformed international institutions capable of ending poverty and stopping environmental destruction. It is not to replace the dictatorship of the US secret government with the dictatorship of the Chinese communist party.

In any case, the brinkmanship is on the rise these days because the governments of the US, the EU and the UN are all showing visible signs of insolvency.

Last week, for example, evidence emerged the United States of America Corporation has been shut down. The corporation has been removed from the Dun & Bradstreet corporate data base. In addition, the Puerto Rican government’s site lists the:

According to British MI5 intelligence, this is the entity that presided over the East Coast of the United States of America, including Washington D.C., Yale University and Skull and Bones. Its’ mandate was cancelled by the French Freemason Grand Orient Lodge, the source said.

This is almost certainly connected to the many suspicious deaths of J.P. Morgan bankers since J.P. Morgan is controlled by the Skull and Bones Bush clan. One aim of the attacks on J.P. Morgan insiders is to gain access to a database of over 119,000 people, including President Barack Obama, who are receiving bribes from the Bushes, according to a CIA source in Asia.

The same source also says there are daily shouting matches in the White House these days, often between Michelle Obama and top presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett. Michelle Obama appears to be getting the best of these encounters, he notes.

A further indication of insolvency in the US is that the Internal Revenue Service has started arbitrarily seizing bank accounts owned by individuals with no criminal or tax evasion record. In the past we have received reports from people who claimed the US government raided safety deposit boxes and also arbitrarily stole millions and in one case hundreds of millions from them. What is different this time is that they are going after accounts with less than $10,000 in them.

There was also another sign that it is not business as usual for the Federal Reserve Board to be seen on the Chinese government’s Xinhua News site. It is a series of eight photographs showing a meeting at the Federal Reserve Board with the subtitle

“Fed Board Governors held an open meeting to discuss a final rulemaking requiring sponsors of securitization transactions to retain risk in those transactions.”

What this means is that the derivatives worth in theory hundreds of trillions (according to the BIS), and even quadrillions and quintillions according to intelligence agency sources, that are keeping many megabanks afloat will have to be taken off the books. The banks cannot retain risk in transactions that are worth far more than world GDP because there is no reality to back them. Chinese sources are saying that allowable leverage from now on will be returned to the 10 times maximum historical experience shows to be sustainable. Right now in the US, thanks to President Bill Clinton, it is 100 times.

The EU, for its part, has suddenly, out of the blue, asked the British to fork over two billion Euros by November 1st and is trying to hit up several other countries as well. This sudden request for cash is for an amount that is suspiciously similar to what Russia is asking for in payment of Ukraine’s unpaid gas bills.

The EU has also suddenly added black market drugs and prostitution to their GDP figures in order to make their economies appear healthier and bigger than previously reported.

The UN, for its part, last week out of the blue asked Japan to fork over $1 billion for “climate change.”

The desperate cabalists are also trying to stir up trouble in new regions. Last week people connected to former US president Bill Clinton contacted the White Dragon Society to make threats to start a nuclear war between Pakistan and India. Sure enough the threats were followed by artillery barrages between Indian and Pakistani forces in the disputed region of Kashmir.

India and Pakistan have acted badly over Kashmir ever since independence. It is as if in the story of two women asking King Solomon to decide who is the mother of a disputed baby, they both agreed with Solomon’s decision to cut it in half. Both India and Pakistan are parents of Kashmir and they should give birth to an independent Kingdom of Kashmir that can become a free trade and friendship zone between the two giant neighbours. Then cabal troublemakers will no longer be able to stir up trouble in that region.

The ISIS situation is also now an obvious cabal civil war by proxy. American and Israeli agents are using American weapons to shoot down American air-force planes for reasons that have nothing to do with the US.

Meanwhile there is lots going on this week in the X-files category. First of all, Vincenzo Mazzara of the P2 freemason lodge wrote to say the black sun they worship is the Zoroastrian god. He went on to say “the dark energy is everywhere in this dimension…my mission is to erect a temple to the Black Hole, the real lord of the universe.” He adds that the dark matter has “recently entered the solar wind and the earth’s atmosphere is transforming into X-rays.”

His evidence was the recent appearance of a pumpkin face on the sun.

This appearance was followed by major solar flares and, likely as a result, US, Japanese and European weather satellites went offline last week.

A US based source who correctly predicted the trouble in the Ukraine and the disappearance of the Malaysian airliner, says the “the US Mars base was destroyed.” British intelligence confirmed that contrary to what the world public has been told, the US did in indeed have people on Mars.

A spokesperson for Japan’s national observatory said “if NASA is not going to comment on that, then certainly we won’t either.”

This writer was also contacted over the phone recently by people claiming to be part of the group that seized the US underground bases. They say they found people in cages and signs of gruesome genetic experiments. The bases remain closed to prevent the Western cabal elite from fleeing to them, the sources say.

In any case, the X-files stuff will matter when we actually see it affecting our daily lives. For now, if the White Dragon Society and their allies win the battle here on the surface of the planet earth, there will be major visible changes. First of all, all US and allied armed forces will be redeployed to put an immediate stop to world environmental destruction. They will also act to stop all ongoing conflicts on the planet immediately.

The UN and other international institutions will be fundamentally reformed, poverty will be ended and an era of 

unimaginable prosperity will begin here on earth. Then, hopefully, the quarantine this planet is obviously under 

will end and we can visit the rest of the universe.

However, instead of anything dramatic happening, the cabal will be left to continue its slow motion implosion as new international structures continue to be put in place to by-pass their financial control systems, the sources say. The mathematics of finance and the real economy are working irrevocably against the cabal governments in the US and Israel so, time is on the side of the 188 nation BRICS alliance. Just like it is best to wait for a sick lion to die instead of trying to pick a fight with it, the cabal is inevitably sinking so there is no need to do anything rash.

Nonetheless, there might also be something more dramatic actions planned but obviously they will not be announced in advance. We can hint, however, that these planned moves involve gold, silver, and, for some, lead.

The cabal, for its part, is continuing to produce one fake fear-mongering media event after the other in an effort to manipulate the opinions of a steadily shrinking audience of brain-washed believers. To this end the cabal has recently staged the fake beheading of a journalist in the Middle East, orchestrated race riots in the US, attempted to reignite a cold war with Russia, tried to start a global Ebola pandemic, threatened to blow up Chicago, LA and New York etc.

The people who wrote the Mossad motto “by way of deception, thou shalt make war,” obviously never read the parable about the boy who cried wolf. The lies and fake incidents are no longer believed by most informed people, especially in the world’s military and intelligence organizations. Instead of creating the desired effect of herding the sheeple in predetermined directions, the recent staged events have caused profound disgust throughout the world’s governments, armed forces and other agencies with the ability to actually fight if necessary.

That is why senior members of the Nazionist cabal are frantically looking for some place to escape what they see as an inevitable purge.

One place they are trying to flee to is Southern Argentina. The recent hedge fund lawsuits and cabal attempts at financial blackmail against Argentina’s government are meant to pressure it into allowing one million or so US based cabalists to flee there and set up a new government on the coast of Patagonia, according to a senior cabal member.

Argentina, however, has joined Japan, Israel, North Korea, China, New Zealand and other nations in wisely refusing to allow such a large group of Satan worshipping criminals to move to their country.

The cabalists, especially those based in the US and Israel, will have to face justice from the people they have so callously exploited.

Some top cabalists, for their part, seem to arrogantly believe they will never be removed from power.

At a meeting between cabal and White Dragon Society representatives in New York this summer a senior cabalist negotiator was unwilling then to either compromise or surrender. Instead he seemed to operate under the delusion the cabal would be able to continue its fraudulent financial system indefinitely.

This may be tied into reports by Neil Keenan that Nazionist drug dealer Richard Armitage, Bill Clinton and a member of the Japanese imperial family are in Indonesia attempting to steal gold belonging to the people of the planet. He also said there were similar ongoing attempts by cabal agents to steal historical gold in South Korea. White Dragon Society members in Japan and China were not able to confirm the Indonesia reports but can confirm the Indonesian government of Joko Widodo, due to assume power on October 20th, is not cabal controlled. This means the cabal has a strong incentive to do everything in its power to get its hands on Indonesian gold before the power transfer takes place.

The sources did confirm ongoing efforts to steal South Korean historical gold. This is linked to the visit by Pope Francis to South Korea that ended last week. The visit came as the Vatican linked P2 freemason lodge continues its efforts to gain access to Asian gold to back a new financial system controlled by it.

In what may be related to this, Pope Francis, during his South Korean visit, hinted he might resign or die within three years. Shortly after he said this, three relatives of his died in a suspicious car crash in Argentina.

Following this, Kevin Annett of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, who calls Francis a criminal, announced he had received death threats from the Italian Ngdrangheta mob. Self-described Satanist Leo Zagami also once told this writer he had been threatened by the Ngdrangheta.

Speaking about Annett, this writer visited first nations communities and did research in Canada this summer to determine the truth of his many claims of genocide against them by the Canadian government and Churches. A truth and reconciliation committee, staffed by first nations peoples, concluded that about 4000 children died in the schools during the century they were run, mostly from fires, not 50,000 from murder as Annett claims.

The Canadian government has apologized and paid compensation to the victims of these schools. However, in cases where have been committed, the perpetrators should face justice.
In any case, the threats and deaths point to extreme tension at high levels of the ongoing battle over control of the world’s financial system, and thus world power.

To try to keep Europe in their grip, the Nazionist cabal has adopted a strategy of using mercenary armies to seize European energy choke points in the Middle East and the Ukraine. Pentagon sources now confirm that the so-called Islamic State or ISIS is run by a Mossad agent by the name of Simon Elliot who is running the Middle Eastern side of this strategy. Elliot is also following the ongoing cabal plot to create a one world religion by fanning tensions between Muslims and Christians.

Numerology of the number 7, 17th of July 2014, Putin assassination attempt, the BRICS new fund and the defeat of the cabal.

Hi there. I think this month of July 2014 will be remembered in the history of Humanity as a turning point. It seems that Putin has been the target of an assassination attempt by the Cabal lead by Netanyahu on the 17th of July 2014.
Putin was coming back home from Brazil after establishing the 100 billion dollars BRICS fund, basically replacing the World Bank and the IMF combined together and thus putting an end to the financial domination of the world by the cabal over the past 70 years.
That is a huge huge turning point in my humble opinion.
Putin is obviously protected by positive forces and I predict he will end up being a hero when the cabal is defeated.
In any case, that assassination attempt failure will precipitate the defeat of the cabal, with a positive financial reset and mass arrests.
I predict we will see that reset and those mass arrests occur in mass over the coming months, starting from now.
Another thing which is very important. The fact that the date of this assassination attempt coincided nicely with the numerology of the number 7 described by Chrtistine Lagarde, the chief of the IMF, in her speech at the beginning of 2014, at the National Press club.
The consensus made by the people that analyzed the video was that a very important "event" caused by the cabal would occur in July 2014 on the 20th. That "event" would be synonymous with "financial rest" but certainly not for the financial liberation of the Planet but for a negative new world order.
17th is very close to the 20th without mentioning the weird occurrences of the number "7" surrounding the Malaysia Airlines airliner that was shot down instead of the Russian presidential planer as you can see here and here.
That means that Lagarde was not kidding at all when she tested the numerology skills of the audience.

The ECM Battle in the Sky Above Poland, Russia and the Ukraine That Saved Putin’s Life but Downed MH17

When I learned that Vladamir Putin was going to travel to South America for the last game of the World Cup and for the Brics Conference, I was concerned that he might be attacked.  Now when the US President travels, he flies on one of two identical Boeing 747-200B USAF Presidential State Aircraft.  The one that he is riding in is officially designated as Air Force One, the other is carrying staff and reporters, etc., but is also acting as a decoy aircraft making the task of shooting down the correct Boeing 747 more difficult.  The planes have constant fighter coverage with AWACS and refueling tankers.  In areas over the ocean the US Navy has been known to re-task supercarrier task forces to provide USN fighter coverage when necessary.  

Now Russia remains a nuclear superpower, but it no longer is the overall superpower that the old Soviet Union was with its Warsaw Pack allies.  There is no Warsaw Pack now, and many of these nations are members of NATO.  The USSR is broken up and long gone.  So Russia cannot provide the level of protection to its Presidential State Aircraft, a IL-96-300PU, that the American President has.  Still, the Russians do take special efforts to keep their Head of State safe.  

Considering the level of pre-WWIII events currently happening in the Ukraine and the Middle East, and the growing irritation that Globalists and Zionist forces have had with Putin and his Russia, the security experts charged with protecting Putin were no doubt very concerned about his long overseas visit.  

Putin effectively stopped an Israeli/US attack on Iran almost two years ago and a US/UK/Israeli attack on Syria about a year ago.  The US/Zionist/Globalist supported/funded coup against the elected Ukraine government and the resulting conflict was a calculated effort to draw Russia into a war over the Ukraine and thereby tie it down in order to allow Netanyahu free hand to create his long-sought General Middle East War.  Putin has proven to be a brilliant strategist and not easy to trap.  Hence, I believe that the decision was made to “take him out” of the picture by destroying his state aircraft as it flew over Russia but near the Ukraine on his return from South America.  

That the Latin American trip included a key Brics Conference in Brazil which was a direct attack on the Rothschild-headed Global Banking Cartel’s power over the global economy and financial system, was a key factor in the decision that Putin had to be eliminated.  

Taking the Russian State Aircraft down presented a number of problems.  If it were downed over the open ocean, fingers would point at America as the superpower capable of global military action.  Host nations did provide considerable security to Putin and his aircraft while he was in their nations and airspace.  What better place to attack the IL-96 than over Russian airspace near the Ukraine, shortly after it had left Polish airspace.  At worst the coup junta in the Ukraine would be blamed and Moscow might invade the Ukraine in response, thereby tying down its military and freeing the Mideast for a truly horrific general war.

The Russians were well aware of the dangers and were actively looking for stealthed fighters and mobile ground-to-air advanced systems with airborne state-of-the-art sensors.  A few years ago, Russian engineers devised a way to ‘stealth’ existing non-stealthy aircraft using a plasma system.  This system has been reported on and no doubt copied  by various western powers.  Now no stealth system is perfect, and in fact the whole field of stealth has had its share of PR hype.  The attempt is to create a ‘black hole’ in the sky that no radar or infrared/etc. signals are capable of being detected.  However, no such system is perfect and highly advanced electronic systems can usually detect a stealth aircraft (manned or unmanned) operating in a given area.

Based on assorted reports and a general knowledge of military systems including ECM (electronic counter measures) this is what I believe happened in the skys over Poland, Russia and the Ukraine that led to the deaths of 295 people on Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17:  Russian Air Force electronic surveillance/ECM aircraft were able to detect a stealth fighter in/near the expected flight path of the Russian State Aircraft.  Since shooting down this aircraft was not a certainty, especially since the Ukrainian Junta had just moved a number of advanced ‘Buk’ ground-to-air missile systems into eastern Ukraine, the Russian ECM aircraft immediately began to spoof things.  The IL-96 was likely contacted by satellite secure radio transmissions and told to turn off or change its ID squawking and a nearby large aircraft, the Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 Flight MH17 was spoofed to cover its normal ID code and replace it with the IL-96 code.

In the meantime the Israeli Air Force F-15 (likely a F-15I two-seat Strike Eagle with AIM-20 AMRAAM radar-guided missiles and using a plasma stealth system), which had taken off some time, from a base in Azerbaijan, before the IL-96 was in Poland, was positing itself in a ‘kill box’ anticipating the known altitude, speed, route, and time window of the Russian jet.  This is where the Russians make use of ECM to protect the Presidential State Aircraft of Russia.  They knew that the IL-96 and a similar sized Boeing 777 (Flight MH17) were traveling along the same route over Poland.  According to Russia’s Interfax News Agency: 

“I can say that Putin’s plane and the Malaysian Boeing  intersected at the same point and the same echelon. That was  close to Warsaw on 330-m echelon at the height of 10,100 meters.  The presidential jet was there at 16:21 Moscow time and the  Malaysian aircraft – 15:44 Moscow time,”a source told the  news agency on condition of anonymity. “The contours of the aircrafts are similar, linear dimensions  are also very similar, as for the coloring, at a quite remote  distance they are almost identical”, the source added.

The Malaysian airliner was now being electronically spoofed by Russian ECM to give the ID of the IL-96.  The Israeli flight crew knew that the plane was over Ukrainian airspace, but just barely, and it closed to make a visual contact.  What it saw was a white large airliner sized plane.  It launched a radar-guided AIM-20 AMRAAM missile from a few miles away to lesson the radar jamming expected to be on the IL-96 and destroyed the target and quickly exited the local area.

Early reports, and these are always most important as they are given and reported before a coverup can be initiated, quoted multiple witnesses on the ground that a fighter had fired a missile and this missile had hit the airliner bringing it down. The witnesses thought that the fighter was a Ukrainian fighter such as a Su-27 which has a twin-tail and from a distance looks similar to a F-15 with its twin-tail.

The Russians have no advantage to ‘outing’ the true story.  For one thing they helped, by using ECM, to cause MH17 to be shot down.  Secondly, without a downed Israeli F-15I, to prove the story, it would simply be a “he said, she said” story that the Israelis and Ukrainians would deny.  So we have this on-going back and forth claims that the Junta’s Buk  surface-to-air missile downed the Malaysian  airliner, or that somehow the ‘rebels’ shot it down, or that the Russians fired a surface-to-air missile that took it down. 

However, experience intelligence analysts in Europe and elsewhere are not apt to buy a story line that somehow a large airliner was shot down over the Ukraine, when no plane had ever been shot down at this altitude (33,000 feet) before during the on-going conflict and moreover that this same airliner had crossed paths with Putin’s State Aircraft, returning from the Brics Conference in South America, only minutes before being shot down.  

This is an absolute disaster for Netanyahu’s Israel.  When you try to kill someone like Putin you damn well better get the job done or he is apt to institute a ‘payback’ that you will not want to pay.  Further, a large number of European nations, and others, are realizing that tiny Israel tried to kill the President of Russia.  That will not work in Israel’s favor.  

The aftereffects from this event are only just beginning but they are apt to change the world.
