The Plan and What You Can Do

I have received new intel about the Plan.

The Event will be a multidimensional breakthrough for planet Earth that will send waves of Light across the Universe. The Event will be spiritual and physical in nature. It will encompass a breakthrough in removal of non-physical negative entities, mass arrests of the Cabal and drastic increase of sightings of positive UFOs. It will be an unified effort of the Pleiadians, the Resistance Movement, Positive Military, White Dragon Society and other positive groups.

The Event is scheduled for October this year or later.

The Event is only the beginning, then things will go as fast as humanity can integrate. First Contact operations will proceed along with the restructuring of the system. New financial system will be very short lived since after the First Contact money will become obsolete. The Ascension will NOT happen on December 21^st. Humanity needs a lot of healing and December 21^st is just the beginning of the Ascension process.

The main reason why mass arrests of the Cabal did not happen within the April to June timeframe is that the Positive Military was not aware of Archons until recently and did not integrate them in their 35+ years old plan. The other reason was that positive groups got heavily infiltrated by the Cabal.

Nothing spectacular will happen on August 4th. There will be a gradual increase of number of UFO sightings during August / September period. The hostage situation around humanity is slowly being resolved, the ships of Pleiadians and other positive civilizations of Light are progressing towards the surface of planet Earth.

To explain from my last post, Magdalenian Archons invasion was an invasion  that ended peaceful Gravettian Goddess worshiping paleolithic high culture more than 16,000 years ago and started Magdalenian hunting paleolithic tribal society.

A visit to Canada and long conversations with bankers, newspaper editors and others still living inside the “mainstream” story about world events has exposed a deliberate state of factual denial about what is really happening in the Western terrorist states. The editor of a major North American newspaper, for example, made it clear to this writer that he needed to believe the official story about 911 and everything else the Western terrorist governments were saying because the alternative would be to radically restructure a world view he created over a lifetime. The bankers and other “elite” also fervently pushed the truth about things like “global warming based on CO2″ but immediately stopped the discussion and changed the subject when evidence was presented showing it was a fraud. The head of a major medical research laboratory, for his part, made it clear that openly researching subjects like bio-weapons (HIV, SARS, “bird flu” etc.) being spread by the cabalists would mean and end to his research institute’s grants and unemployment for him and his colleagues.
What these highly intelligent and thoroughly indoctrinated Westerners all share in common is a financial interest (jobs, salaries and high social status), a family to support and a fear that openly discussing the fascist coup d’etat that took place in the West would lead to unemployment, poverty and ostracism. However, when certain key words and phrases are avoided (for example by discussing “oligarchs” instead of “cabalists”) it is clear their world view is beginning to fall apart despite their deep personal need to cling to the “official” Western story. They are like loyal lifetime card bearing communists speaking in wavering voices of their loyalty to communism just before the fall of the Soviet Union.
The coming autumn chaos will force people like this to finally confront reality.
The newspaper editor, for example, was, after much discussion, willing to agree that 911 might have been an inside job but that he had trouble conceiving such a massive conspiracy as being possible. However, when he was given the detailed financial historical background (Green Hilton Memorial, the BIS, the lawsuits against the Federal Reserve Board, the fact the Patriot act is nearly identical to the Nazi constitution etc.), he expressed a willingness to start exposing this stuff in his newspaper. This writer has agreed to provide the paper with fact-checkable articles that will expose the cabal. If all goes well, systematic exposure of the financial fraud behind the Federal Reserve Board and the European Central Bank etc. will begin being published by this paper starting in September. At that time, the paper will be named and links to the articles will be sent to readers. However, the editor of the paper may find that “pressure from above” may force him to back-pedal on his offer to help expose what is really happening.
The head of the medical research team, for his part, promised to discreetly check from a scientific standpoint, if it was really true that SARS and other recent diseases were man made bio weapons. However, he may find that too much diligent research will lead to a visit from alphabet agency heavies or from the people controlling his grants. We shall see. This award winning researcher and his team were one of many who had their funding cut off in recent years until they agreed to stop further research into life extension. Instead he is now being forced (by fear of losing financing) to do research into diseases that will require expensive drug therapy to “treat.” If his team can find alternative funding he says they will go back to life extension research.
The bankers were a harder case to deal with but they did admit that rampant greed and incompetence has thoroughly imperilzaed the entire banking system. They also expressed surprize that mass arrests of prominent bankers had not begun. Until that happens, they said they will continue to “follow the money.”
One thing that all these highly educated and intelligent “elitists” showed is that as soon as the ultimate source of money in the West changes, people with a strong financial interest in the status quo will change their stripes overnight. In other words, they will change their worldview or at least their public worldview to suit whoever controls their paychecks.
That is why the current ruling cabal is doing absolutely everything in their power to prevent the control of the creation and distribution of Euros and dollars to be taken away from them. They know that as soon as that happens, the entire house of cards they have built up will collapse. They will continue to fight, kicking and screaming, to preserve the status quo until the very last.
Nonetheless, as the saying goes, denial is not a river in Africa and the unavoidable fact remains that the historical rights to most of the world’s gold (the ultimate basis of the BIS and central banking in the West) do not belong to the cabalists who have been using them. Even if the Western central banks say they are no longer on a gold standard, they still do not have money because the Western countries as a whole have been borrowing from the rest of the world for the past 30 years. The line of credit that made this possible is now drying up and many Western countries have come to the realization they no longer make very much actual “stuff,” they can use to trade with the rest of the world.
In other words, the vast majority of the world’s money that is backed by physical reality (real estate, factories, commodities, manufactured goods) is no longer under their control and that their fraudulent derivative money is being shunned. The 150 nation BRICS alliance is holding almost all the cards now.
The best available intelligence at this point still indicates that this autumn will be a time of major change. The entire Western financial system may be held together with duct tape and rubber bands until the regime changes expected in China and the US in November. However, there is a big September financial deadline that may force changes sooner than then.
Next week this writer will be back in Asia and will be meeting with Chinese and North Korean officials and will report on these meetings. The Chinese have already said that new North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un was “getting too big for his boots.”
There will also be detailed discussion on the nature and history of the Japanese secret society known as “yatagarasu” or the three legged crow based on information obtained during discussions with members of this group in Tokyo and Kyoto.

The Marine Corps has created and activated 3- 500 troop Law Enforcement Battalions, their first law enforcement division in their long history, a specialized force of military police officers that it hopes can be quickly deployed worldwide to help investigate and make arrests for a wide range of crimes. Major Jan Durham said the Marine Corps has had battalions on and off since WW2, but those battalions primarily acted as security personnel. Many who are following the arrests of the members of the criminal cabal see this as good news and corroboration of reports that U.S. troops are indeed on the front lines making these arrests, and these three newly activated battalions are now on their way to join the campaign.

3 Top Bank Execs Arrested in European Bank Fraud

 

While many search the web for evidence of the arrests of members of the criminal cabal, one such story has surely broken through the cabal imposed media blackout. Three of Ireland's leading bank executives, former Anglo-Irish Bank chief Sean Fitzpatrick, ex-Finance Director Willie McAteer, and managing director for Ireland Pat Whelan were arrested on Tuesday, 7/24/12, for their crimes that led to Ireland's largest ever bank failure. Three others, who happen to be among Ireland's wealthiest residents, were also implicated for their roles in these crimes. 

In other news, former International Monetary Fund and Bankia chief Rodrigo Rato was arrested on 7/6/12 and charged with criminal fraud for his role in the bankruptcy of Bankia, Spain's 3rd largest banking institution, which is at the center of the country's economic crash and occupy movement which was motivated, in part, after Bankia, which was only in business less than two years, received a bailout from taxpayers of over 19 Billion Euros.

Queen Elizabeth II Confirmed Cannibal

Known as her principal weekend retreat, Windsor Castle was largely renovated by Queen Elizabeth II when she stormed the throne in 1952. Over the years, inside sources have revealed snippets of telling details that, when put together, depict a very strange woman zipping through widened, archaic castle halls on a souped up motor scooter, while gnashing her crooked, pointy teeth. But nobody with any credibility had alluded to the prepared strips of human meat in her freezer.
An exiled cultural philosopher named Hubert Humdinger called the Queen “violently vibrant” and “packed with more energy than the sun”. Surprised to Find…
A serviceman was given clearance last week to investigate possible “electrical problems” in the Castle’s Eastside kitchen area. The serviceman, accompanied by three pre-cleared English constables, poked around the kitchen and found a nest of faulty wiring behind the old refrigerator. He would have to call in the rest of his team, assuming the royal family would clear them for entrance. Meanwhile, the Queen was out speed boating in France.
Before leaving, the serviceman (who refused to give his name to the media) opened the Queen’s private freezer. “I wanted to check how chilled it was. I wasn’t sure the freezer was getting enough juice to keep everything as cold as it needed to.” But what he found was another issue.
Strips of flayed meat, stretched out like bacon, and carefully packaged in a see-through wrap first caught the serviceman’s attention. The constables weren’t in the kitchen at the time, but were instead lounging in the Queen’s lavish living room. The stuffed heads of reptiles decorate the Queen’s personal quarters. A picture of Richard III, with his hunched back, loomed over the officers. He was in the act of fighting off a snarling dog with a cane. The dog’s snout was frozen forever in the act of lashing out at the wicked king, as if he, Richard, held links of blood sausage in his free hand.
When the serviceman walked out of the kitchen, he saw the three constables lined in a row. The last one scratched the back of the middle one, and middle man scratched the back of the first. “He seemed to be happiest of all,” the serviceman said, “and the guy in the back was bloody bitching about doing work without getting reward.”
The serviceman interrupted them to ask if they’d peek in the freezer with him. He was shaking and the look on his face suggested he’d stumbled onto a big problem. “I thought he started a fire or something awful,” one constable said, “because he looked like he’d seen Queen bloody Mary.”
The officers were appalled to riffle through the Queen’s personal frozen bits and bobs. “Like taking a peek at her damned undies,” one of them said. But the serviceman insisted. “We were thinking, ‘this had better be good.’ And it was. He yanked a frozen forearm out of there. And then part of a leg. A small hunk of a male chest. And a few other parts I’d rather not describe,” the officer who’d stood last in line said.
At first, the constables thought they were looking at packaged pig parts, but soon they realized they were looking at the remains of a human. What to do next? “Normally we’d check the missing persons list, take DNA samples, and immediately detain the suspect with the evidence in her freezer. What we got here is a series of pieces from a white male. No head. No hands, or feet. But the Queen has special privileges,” the middle constable said. “Throughout history, it’s always kind of been that way.”
“You can’t prosecute the Queen for having a strange habit. I’m sure she got these parts legally somewhere overseas. At any rate, we aren’t going to look into it,” the constable who had stood first in line said. “I know the Yankees will have a fit, but the Queen is God’s monarchy. She’s God’s bride.”
His colleagues agreed. The serviceman had no choice but to leave the premises. He is currently penning an account of his experiences in the hotly anticipated tell-all book, Peeking At the Queen’s Undies: the Long History of a Prominent Meat-Eating Dynasty.
His book is the most hotly anticipated book about Elizabeth since Humdinger’s 1991 screed called,Getting your nose up close and in there….

Elizabeth almost always wears flowery dresses. She often dons a wide-brimmed hat with fake flowers pasted to its front. She is a stately sight at any dignitary dinner where cameras are present. The whiny electric pitch of a tweaked power scooter still haunts Bellows. He’d be re-plastering a wall, or carefully tearing into the bowels of a bathroom to get at the waterlines, while the continuous hum of the scooter almost drove him crazy.
“I’m not frightened of those mobile chairs in general, but when your Queen is on one, and traveling at high enough speeds to ruffle her stiff hair, it gets disturbing.” Elizabeth also holds a pinched grimace on her face as she flies from one end of the castle to the other. “It’s like she can’t take all the gory G-force, but she likes the speed anyway.” It should be noted, the Queen has no problem walking.
Bellows also mentioned Elizabeth’s jagged set of teeth. “I’d hate to get bitten by the Queen,” he said. “Her chompers remind me of that savage character in Moby Dick, who’s teeth were pin-like and sharpened to tear into any kind of meat. What does she do with those things? Did she file them like that?”
The carpenter said this years before the recent discovery of human remains were found in Queen Elizabeth’s freezer. Did he suspect a perverse use for her sharpened teeth? It will be impossible to say, because John Bellows disappeared early last year in a supposed boating accident. “John wasn’t much of a swimmer,” his sister told police at the time of the accident. “It’s like he was made of wood.”
Police never found Bellows’ body. The character in Herman Melville’s classic American novel that Bellows’ referred to is Queequeg. In chapter 13, called “Wheelbarrow”, the savage “showed his filed and pointed teeth” (59).
Hubert Humdinger didn’t seem elated to be proven correct about his long-standing analysis of the Queen. “I’ve always been right,” he said in a private communication from his hidden home in Northern Europe. “Everything I’ve ever said’s been right on the mark. In the hole. Beside the Divine. However you want to say it.”
When asked about his comments concerning human meat being a source of more energy for its consumer, he clarified, “It’s not about nutrition or vitamins and minerals. Eating humans is about power. And glory. It’s a spiritual boon. But it’s twisted and should be forbidden.”

These truths are freely available to all in these most auspicious times, all that is required is a sincere desire to know your own truth and your own chosen path and all shall be given to you. There are many now who are seeking answers to questions not known to them before. Keep your highest visions ever at the forefront of your daily living and be always true to yourselves. Another’s path is not your own and this must be honored in each of your companions along the road to freedom and liberation from the wheel of life and death.

There is a crossing in the road now and each must choose the way that they will go. Trust that those whom you love and care about will choose what is the highest and best for their journey. This is a time of the uniting and reuniting of the Souls who have journeyed with you on this sacred and mysterious journey on this sacred Planet Earth. The way forward must be with Love for all, with honor and justice for all, with tolerance and patience at the forefront.

Make your first intention of each morning an alignment with your Higher Self and Great I AM Presence and ask that it be manifest in and through you for the highest outcome and the greatest good of all. By desiring this with dedication, it will become increasingly clear that the transformation you have been diligently working towards, is in fact, already so.

All it requires is your attention and acknowledgment that indeed, you ARE One. If you are faced with two ways to respond to a situation, allow your Higher Self free rein and watch the miracles take place. All that was before was but a dream. You are your Higher Self fully manifest here on Earth, repeat this to yourself until it sinks deep within.

When terrible events like the now infamous “Batman Shooting” occurs, I tend to not have a knee-jerk reaction of yelling “It’s a conspiracy” because, obviously, sometimes it is not. But in some cases, like this one, tidbits of information begin leaking out, weird synchronicities surface and, at a certain point, one can’t help but think  “hmm”, “huh?” and “what?”. Pieces of the puzzle start coming together and, when one is aware of the symbolism and workings of the occult elite, the whole thing starts to look like a big, dark, disturbing ritual that was carried out by pre-programmed patsy. No, I won’t say that I cracked the case, but here are some facts that simply cannot be overlooked.

A Mind-Controlled Pasty?

As new information surfaces regarding James Holmes (who dubbed himself “The Joker”), many facts point toward a man who is prone to having alter-personas, delving into “inner-worlds” and generally exhibiting the behavior of either a schizophrenic or a programmed drone. Obviously in an altered state of mind and most probably embodying a completely different alter-persona, Holmes told police at the time of his arrest that he was “The Joker”. In this article that appeared in the Telegraph, Holmes was reportedly fixated on the concept of altered states of mind.

“After the massacre Holmes calmly told detectives he had taken 100mg of the prescription painkiller Vicodin, and identified himself as “The Joker”. The same drug was found in the system of actor Heath Ledger when he died of an accidental overdose of prescription drugs in 2008. Ledger played The Joker in the previous Batman film The Dark Knight. The video footage of Holmes was taken at Miramar College in San Diego and showed him explaining that “temporal illusions” are “an illusion that allows you to change the past”. Holmes said he had been working on “subjective experience, which is what takes place inside the mind as oppose to the external world”.

According to news sources, Holmes was pursuing a neuroscience doctoral program at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus. Could this prestigious academic location dedicated the study of human brain functioning and behavior also be Holmes’ mind-control programming site? The concepts stated above of “illusions that allow you to change the past” and “subjective experience” are very reminiscent to the programming of alter-personas in mind control, where illusions are indeed used to create a false pasts in MK alter-personas.
After his arrest, Holmes appeared to be completely dissociated from reality, as if still in character.

As stated above, Holmes dyed his hair orange and claimed he was “The Joker” – as played by Heath Ledger in the previous installment of the Batman series The Dark Knight. We’ve seen in previous articles (notably “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” and Heath Ledger’s Sacrifice), that there are many odd and ritualistic facts surrounding the death of Heath Ledger after he played the dark and disturbed character of the Joker, a role that apparently took a toll on the actor’s health.
Shooter James Holmes even went as far as to take Vicodin, a drug found in Heath Ledger at the time of his death. Vicodin is a powerful pain-killer with morphine-like effects that is used in mind control to “dull out” victims.
Is there some kind of ritualistic connection between The Dark Knight, the sacrificial death of Heath Ledger and this new installment of a Batman movie that was “launched” with a mass murder? Is there a reason why this mass-murder, which occurred during the midnight screening of a movie called Dark Knight RISING took place in a city called Aurora, the name Roman goddess of dawn (dawn being the time where the sun begins to rise)? Another interesting fact: Aurora is considered to be the mother of the morning star, also know as the Light Bringer, or Lucifer.

Pop Culture Synchronicity

As it is always the case in these mega-rituals,  the event appears to have been “foretold” in mass media. Coincidence, premeditation, or synchronicity? Not sure, but here are some strange things that appeared in the mass media before the shooting:

Released only days before the shooting, Lil Wayne’s video “My Homies Still” features him and his boys sitting in a movie theater full of skeletons. Aside from this scarily prophetic scene, the video features many dismembered dummies, a symbol associated with Mind Control.

Shown right before the fatal showing of Dark Knight Rises, this trailer of the movie Gangster Squad ends with a big shooting in a movie theater.

In the trailer, gangsters walk through the movie screen and start shooting at the crowd. Strange that the people at the “Batman shooting” actually saw this right before it then happened to them. Fiction indeed turned into reality.

This page from the 1986 comic “Batman: The Dark Knight Returns” features a crazed man killing three people in a movie theater. In the comic, media then states that the shooting spree was inspired by Batman.

Was the Batman shooting a mega-ritual carried out by the occult elite and its mass media appendage? It is not possible to say for certain, but a lot of the information that is surfacing leads Vigilant observers to realize: “Something’s weird about this”. As it is always the case in these types of events, the “investigation” will most likely begin and end with the proverbial “lone nut”, the single crazy psychopath toward which all fingers will be pointed. Were there people pulling his strings? Maybe, but the media always show the puppets, never the puppet masters.
Some might ask: “Why would ‘they’ even want to carry out these kinds of rituals?” It is indeed quite difficult to compute these events without taking into account “their” mindset, which is all about magick, symbolism, numerology and the power of rituals. Blood sacrifices are the most potent forms of ritual and the more people who witness and emotionally participate in that ritual, the more potency it gains. Right now, the whole world has its eyes turned towards the town of Aurora. And while outraged citizens across America demand a culprit to pay for this horrendous act, the REAL masterminds behind it will just sit back and enjoy the show.

(Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors and European regulators are close to arresting individual traders and charging them with colluding to manipulate global benchmark interest rates, according to people familiar with a sweeping investigation into the rate-rigging scandal.

Federal prosecutors in Washington, D.C., have recently contacted lawyers representing some of the individuals under suspicion to notify them that criminal charges and arrests could be imminent, said two of those sources who asked not to be identified because the investigation is ongoing.

Defense lawyers, some of whom represent individuals under suspicion, said prosecutors have indicated they plan to begin making arrests and filing criminal charges in the next few weeks. In long-running financial investigations it is not uncommon for prosecutors to contact defense lawyers for individuals before filing charges to offer them a chance to cooperate or take a plea, these lawyer said.

The prospect of charges and arrests of individuals means that prosecutors are getting a fuller picture of how traders at major banks allegedly sought to influence the London Interbank Offered Rate, or Libor, and other global rates that underpin hundreds of trillions of dollars in assets. The criminal charges would come alongside efforts by regulators to punish major banks with fines, and could show that the alleged activity was not rampant in the banks.

"The individual criminal charges have no impact on the regulatory moves against the banks," said a European source familiar with the matter. "But banks are hoping that at least regulators will see that the scandal was mainly due to individual misbehavior of a gang of traders."

In Europe, financial regulators are focusing on a ring of traders from several European banks who allegedly sought to rig benchmark interest rates such as Libor, said the European source familiar with the investigation in Europe.

The source, who did not want to be identified because the investigation is ongoing, said regulators are checking through emails among a group of traders and believe they are now close to piecing together a picture of how they allegedly conspired to make money by manipulating the rates. The rates are set daily based on an average of estimates supplied by a panel of banks.

"More than a handful of traders at different banks are involved," said the source familiar with the investigation by European regulators.

There are also probes in Europe concerning Euribor, the Euro Interbank Offered Rate.

It is not clear what individuals and banks federal prosecutors are most focused on. A top U.S. Department of Justice lawyer overseeing the investigation did not respond to a request for a comment.

Reuters previously reported that more than a dozen current and former employees of several large banks are under investigation, including Barclays Plc, UBS and Citigroup, and have hired defense lawyers over the past year as a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., continues to gather evidence.

The activity in the Libor investigation, which has been going on for three years, has quickened since Barclays agreed last month to pay $453 million in fines and penalties to settle allegations with regulators and prosecutors that some of its employees tried to manipulate key interest rates from 2005 through 2009.

Barclays, which signed a non-prosecution agreement with U.S. prosecutors, is the first major bank to reach a settlement in the investigation, which also is looking at the activities of employees at HSBC, Deutsche Bank and other major banks.

The Barclays settlement sparked outrage and a series of public hearings in Britain, after which Barclays Chief Executive Bob Diamond announced his resignation from the big British bank.

The revelations have raised questions about the integrity of Libor, which is used as benchmark in setting prices for loans, mortgages and derivative contracts.

Adding to concerns are documents released by the New York Federal Reserve Bank this month that show bank regulators in the United States and England had some knowledge that bankers were submitting misleading Libor bids during the 2008 financial crisis to make their financial institutions appear stronger than they really were.

Among other details, the Fed documents included the transcript of an April 2008 phone call between a Barclays trader in New York and Fed official Fabiola Ravazzolo, in which the unidentified trader said: "So, we know that we're not posting um, an honest LIBOR."

The source familiar with the regulatory investigation in Europe said two traders who have been suspended from Deutsche Bank were among those being investigated. A Deutsche Bank spokesman declined to comment.

The Financial Times reported on Wednesday that regulators we're looking at suspected communication among four traders who had worked at Barclays, Credit Agricole, HSBC and Deutsche Bank.

Credit Agricole said it had not been accused of any wrongdoing related to the attempted manipulation of Libor by Barclays, but had responded to requests for information for various authorities related to the matter.

Beyond regulatory penalties and criminal charges, banks face a growing number of civil lawsuits from cities, companies and financial institutions claiming they were harmed by rate manipulation. Morgan Stanley recently estimated that the 11 global banks linked to the Libor scandal may face $14 billion in regulatory and legal settlement costs through 2014.

In the United States, the regulatory investigation is being led by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, which has made the Libor probe one of its top priorities.

Today you continue on in the rising frequencies of which we have been speaking, with the addition of having just moved into those of the new moon.  We know that you are able to recognize these sensations now and that you are becoming able to connect with them at will.  It is not that you are connecting with the energies at these times, but that you are learning that they are always there in the background of your new senses.  This is much like the sounds you are hearing in your ears.  They were always there.  You have become able to perceive them and are learning to hear them whenever you turn your attention to them.

Some are finding that certain types of sight are also beginning to be experienced when they place their attention upon that, as well.  If any of these things is occurring for you, but at inopportune times, connect with us through your hearts and request that you have control over it.  Seeing more than your normal could be disconcerting and even dangerous at times.  You will not, for instance, wish to have that experience when you are operating a moving vehicle.  It is not anyone’s intention to have any of this done to you, but with and for you.  You can be, and should learn to be, in control at all times.  Merely remind your selves, guides, and angels of this lovingly and it shall be as you wish.  They are doing as you have agreed, and the time now is becoming a factor, but your comfort with the process is important.

You are also beginning to notice many changes, and changes of heart, in surprising places.  This will continue to increase and, as you say, to snowball.  You have seen some appear to be stunned at what they, themselves have said.  They, just like you, are experiencing new feelings and thoughts.  We ask again that they be allowed to change and be forgiven for what they have done when they understood far less and were under the control of lower influences.  The forgiveness will be better for yourselves and the new world you desire than we can describe to you.  Discerning the need for change is necessary, judgment is not.

Now that certain things are about to burst onto the scene, so to speak, we will address one last question.  Much information is being brought forth at this time, and has been for several years.  It is causing your intellects to question the truth of what you are reading.  In a sense, this is a very good thing.  It is expanding your consciousness.  Some are asking for confirmation of certain things.  We could easily say to you that this is true and that is not.  Would that serve?  You would just be taking an outside opinion or refusing to accept the same.  You must find your own answers through the expansion of your mind or through experience.  That is our primary purpose in speaking with you, after all.  There is no concrete reason for you even to accept our existence, is this not so?  Allow your lives to proceed and your consciousness to expand.  All will be answered in due course, and much sooner than you imagine.  In the meantime, ask your hearts what is true for you, and live by that.  It need not be what another believes.  And, as always, it will be subject to change over time.  It is no longer true, for instance, that the flat world is orbited by the sun and moon.  It is no longer true that you are the center of the universe.  THAT one, however, may come to be questioned again as your understanding of who you are blossoms.

Your joy and peace approach rapidly now.  Be in peace and love.  We will speak more shortly.  Good day.

The Jesuits as rulers of the the Yakuzas...

It explains that in fact the Jesuits are the real bosses among the Cabal, the Rothschilds being their bankers.
Since I live in Japan, the fact that the Jesuits seem to control the Yakuzas is particularly interesting.

Is there any relationship between the Yakuza and the Jesuits?
Phelps: Absolutely. The Jesuits control the Yakuza. To understand this, we have to go back in the history of Japan. Japan had, wonderfully and righteously, expelled the Jesuits from their Empire around 1619, give or take a few years. The Jesuits were forbidden to ever enter Japan!
The Japanese, then, kicked-out the Portuguese; they kicked-out the Spanish. The only ones who could ever trade with Japan were the Dutch, the Protestant Dutch. Well, when the Jesuits were beginning to get control of our country, they got control of Polk. And Polk was responsible for the sending of Commodore Perry to Japan.
Martin: What year?
Phelps: 1853-1854. He then opens up Japan to international trade. So now “foreigners” can enter into Japan. Foreigners then began an agitation and a revolution in Japan. The reigning Emperor of Japan, who was a young man about 35, wanted to get rid of the Jesuits and these foreign powers, so he was assassinated.
According to Ryu Ohta, my friend in Japan, the Japanese had been taught that he was killed by Sassoon House—the Jews. But the Emperor was really killed by the Jesuits, because the son of this Emperor later went on to rule Japan from 1873 to 1912, and this Emperor was the grandfather to Hirohito.
This Emperor was a young boy at the time he came to power. He ruled for all those years. The Jesuits during that time dis-established the Buddhists as a state religion, and made tremendous inroads in power in Japan, controlling the Dynasty, because they were going to use Japan to foment a war with the United States for the purpose of eliminating as much Buddhism as they could from the Far East, and weakening the American Protestants, and many other purposes, such as killing off Protestant missionaries in the Far East—whereas the Japanese Army never persecuted the Catholic missionaries. And this is according to the Jesuits’ own magazine America, written and published in 1943 or 1944.
This is where the Jesuits got their power over the Emperor, and thus the Yakuza. So now, the Jesuits have that power, they maintain that power. They maintained power over Hirohito. And thus, they have power over the Yakuza today, in Japan and California.
Martin: There was a book written many years ago called Tai Pan. Now, would a Tai Pan, symbolically, be the equivalent of the Black Pope?
Phelps: Sure. It’s a Secret Society. It’s a Japanese Secret Society that really rules.
Martin: Theoretically they would rule independently.
Phelps: They rule together with the Monarch.
Martin: Which would be the real Black Pope?
Phelps: The Black Pope. Remember, the Black Pope is in control of the Monarch of Japan.

Night Time Work in the Containment Process

Today I’d like to talk about some of the night time work that I’ve been doing. In a previous article published on July 6, (1) I explained some definitions of Walk-Ins and the roles they’re playing here on the planet. I explained that I ‘m a Braided Walk-In and that I’m here to help with the Ascension and some different roles in it. Today I want to go into more detail about some of those missions and specifically the missions in my night time work.
As a Native American Medicine Woman I was trained in many different aspects of what it meant to be a Dream Walker. I came into this body with pre-determined gifts, one of them being the ability to Dream Walk by which I can astral project to any place on the earth and take part in different aspects of the human presence on Mother Earth. By that, I mean that I can help and assist in many important tasks facing humanity before, and leading up to the Shift.
As a child I had nightmares of the impending Earth changes. In the early 70′s the future was not as bright as it is today. Many people where still asleep. As a Starseed, the dreams drove me and served as a reminder of why I’m here – to stop the then inevitable path of destruction that human beings were headed towards.
The dreams served to keep fresh in my mind the importance of my mission, and it kept me striving to help humanity in any way I could. One of those ways, back then, was to be present during any massive loss of life or ripple in the consciousness of humans around the world.
For instance, when a major accident or natural disaster would happen, I, in my dream time, would be astral-projected to the scene to help to lessen the pain or even to help save lives. Take for instance a time when I was in high school.
One night I “awoke” into my dream and I was sitting on a train. I hadn’t ever been on a train, but it didn’t take too long before I looked around and made the observation that I was on a train. While I was working to clear my senses and to determine where I was, a person, a young girl was sitting to my right telling me all about how she was so excited to go to meet her grandmother and how she was able to ride the train for the first time by herself. She was quite proud of herself and proceeded to tell me all about her grandmother and where she lived.
It wasn’t too long before I realized that she was speaking French and I understood every word she was saying! I had taken some French – but I was not fluent. I whipped my head around to face the girl sitting next to me. She was, from what I could determine, no older than 12 and was very happy to be there. I smiled at her kindly, and she went on to talk more about her trip.
In an instant I was above the train and there was a terrible crash, metal crunching and scraping and there was screaming and a tremendous amount of pain. In the astral there is no separation from the whole, and whatever the people are feeling – I feel with no buffer. There was a bright flash and then all was quiet. I woke up screaming and sweating profusely. I couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up and went to help my mom put together breakfast.
My mother made it a habit to put the morning paper on the table for my Dad, and also for me, so I could check it for articles on my team as I played basketball in school. When I saw the cover of the paper my face went white and I froze. On the cover was an article about a train that had de-railed in France.
The picture brought back the horror and pain of the dream the night before. In the article that we had in Denver they had said that many were dead and they had a picture of a little girl that had miraculously walked away from the wreck when all the passengers around her had been killed. They said she was 12 and was traveling alone. That did it! I fell to my knees. I realized that my mere presence had done something to contribute to saving her life. I looked up the article and I have posted it in the footnotes. (2)
I had many experiences like this growing up. It was as though the weight of the world was bearing squarely on my shoulders. I asked for help and I was given a teacher to help to train me on how to do the most good, when called to these disasters, and how to keep from having it rule my waking days.
It did take years to achieve this. The night time work is intense and has always been a major part of my mission here on the planet, and it has evolved and changed over the years. At first I was to learn how to transmute the pain caused by events set in motion by the actions human beings took, that shook the balance of the Planet.
What I mean by this is that every choice and every action that we take has a ripple that goes out into the world. And it can result in things that don’t seem to be directly responsible for, let’s say, a train derailment – but it does. Everything is linked and for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. I intend to write more about this in the future.
My night work has definitely evolved over the years and after my Walk-In experience I was trained by the Galactics in many different skills in the Dream Time – including time travel. The training has been very intense at times and I have had to graduate many levels to be brought into the work I’m currently involved in.
This brings me to the now. These days I’m available to the galactic and angelic realms for what ever is needed. Recently I’ve been assisting with the containments that are being talked about. I was approached by the Galactic Federation of Light and asked to take on a task that only a human representative could do.
Because this is still a free-will planet, the galactics and angelics need to have a human involved with the ’rounding up’ of the cabal and Illuminati. As a Dream Walker and a Walk-In, I have a unique gift of being able to ‘track’ souls in the astral. The cabal and Illuminati knew that something was coming down the pipeline and started to scatter to the winds, using all means available to try and ‘cloak’ themselves. Some have physically disappeared, resigning from their jobs and hiding in remote areas in the world, in attempts to hide from the galactics and angelics. Others had employed techniques to try and hide their energy signatures in attempt to escape them.
Regardless of what tactics they used, there has been the involvement of persons such as myself to help ‘track’ some of the worst of the worst. This work has been going on for several weeks now. In fact it started just before Drake’s call to the people to take matters into their own hands. That could not be allowed, so there was a call put out to all available souls to help in the matter of containment.
Yes, I said containment. Because that is how the galactics and angelics have chosen to deal with those who’ve abused their power. The cabal and the Illuminati have a lot to answer for, but it’ll not be done in the way that we all thought it might be done.
If we were to ‘take arms’ to arrest and imprison these people, we would be no better than them. We’d be operating in the Third Dimension or duality and this is not what the galactics and angelics want us to do.
We have to rise above the duality of this Third Dimension and create new and better ways to deal with our selves and the world we live in. We have for thousands of years operated out of fear and retribution. To make the shift we need to be able to manifest a new and truly powerful way to remove the old agenda and replace it with a balanced and loving system.
Let me explain what I mean by containment as I understand and have witnessed. When tracking down these souls, we would inform the galactics of where the people were, and then they would take that person on ship and sit them down and have a good stern talking to these people. They were told that their behavior would no longer be acceptable and that they were given the choice to continue to operate on the Third Dimension, but the rules had changed for them. If they took any action against the planet or the people what wasn’t in the highest light, they would suffer the immediate consequence of that action.
How I can describe it is this. Imagine a soul that is put into a container of light. The soul is still in the body, but it’s under house arrest. Every thought and action of that person is being watched. If the person acts against any other person or the planet in a way that is not in the light, an immediate and powerful response is felt by that person. It is likened to a shock. It is the warning.
It is immediately fallowed with an intense beam of Love. That love penetrates the very fiber of the person in containment. Each person in containment is also given an ngelic guide to assist with the ‘rehabilitation’. Yes, every person is given the chance to rehabilitate. It is universal law. But, if the person continues to act against the agreement, choosing negative thoughts and actions, then the person’s soul will be removed and put into confinement on board ship and watched after by the galactics until the Shift has been completed.
Each person is warned ahead of time that there will be swift consequences to their actions and that they will be monitored constantly. There are, of course, the darkest of the dark. Souls so dark and contaminated that they were tracked and removed immediately. These are the souls so contaminated by eons of abuse to the planet and people that they, along with the negative ET’s that had been assisting them, were all removed immediately. This was done during the great cleanse, when the underground bases of these negative ET’s were destroyed, several months ago [August-September 2011].
Unfortunately the souls that were immediately removed will be ‘reset’. A soul cannot be destroyed. But after a certain amount of time, if they continuously demonstrate that they are intent on doing harm instead of good, the searing white light of God is brought down by Archangel Michael, and they are sent back to the beginning, to start their soul’s journey all over again. Reset back to the start. Made to work their way back up to the Third Dimension. I don’t know about you, but that sounds awful to me. It is a true balancing so that no one soul has to harbor the karma of retribution taken against the dark souls.
I understand that this is a tough idea to get your head around. It is in our nature to take retribution against people who have wronged us. But that is an old model of thinking. In doing so, we damage our own light, and are then unable to ascend to the Fifth Dimension. There is a great balancer in the universe. Remember, we all chose to come here to the quarantine planet to learn and grow our souls. So we have just as much responsibility for this experience as they do. We said yes to coming here, with all that it entails.
There is another aspect to the containment. It’s a very touchy one indeed. The containment is not only for the cabal and Illuminati, but for any person who has abused the responsibility given to them with regards to serving humanity. This means the lightworkers of the planet are also put into the containment if they abuse their authority. Anyone that has a role in leading, teaching, or helping people, if they have in any way abused that power, they can be put into containment and be given the chance to be rehabilitated, reminded of the love and humility they are required to bear with regards to leading or teaching people.
We don’t need to soil our hands to bring real change. We do not need to make people pay for their crimes, however small or large. Let those who have been given the task of rounding up these souls do just that. Let the bringers of Universal Law do their jobs and be glad that you do not have to interact at that level. We are all here to play critical rolls in the unfoldment of this beautiful story. Let your story stay beautiful. Stay in the light and love fiercely. Create the world you want to live in and let the old one die away.
It is on us to keep our integrity in place, or put it in if we don’t have any. We’re all here to learn and to grow. We don’t need to be vigilantes. We have only to look deep within our own hearts and try and be a better person each day. Love more, fear less. Know that we’re not alone. We’re fully supported in the great Shift in this great time. Manipulating LIBOR is indeed the biggest scam that we can have in a financial system. Because you manipulate interest rates that are the basis of the way we exchange money.
This has triggered a lawsuit and yes we will see very soon bankers arrested all over the world.

We have the power to "contain" the cabal, which is to neutralize the conspirators against Gaia, to rehabilitate them, to bring them back to Source. The most drastic measure being to bring the malevolent entities to the Central Sun, like Cobra says.

Speaking of the containment/mass arrests issue, something about it hasnt been sitting right with me, how can vengefulness, retaliation and the eye for an eye mentality work with the path to ascension?? I channeled this message from Gabriel 10 days ago..

I went with him, in my astral form we went to europe to an older fellow behind a large desk I could tell by the energy that he was a part of the cabal/banking/dark power grid. He was at some level aware of our presence as he became unsettled. I moved a few things around on his desk to show our presence. I stood beside him and told him that the gig was up that the empire was tumbling down around him. I advised him that he would be best to surrender peacefully to the light and cease his old ways, we then surrounded him in the white love-light and envelopped him in it.

The angelics plan for the rehabilitation/containment of the cabal is not a new technique, I remember reading about it approx 10 years ago and have used it so often throughout the years, it involves surrounding/sealing yourself in white light and setting the intention that negativity cannot pass through this light from EITHER direction, that anything negative cannot pass through it to you or away from you.
This is what is going on now with the cabal, but as we all know the angelics cannot intervene unless asked, soooo they need us to assist in containing the cabal, not physically, but to place this white light around them. When they try to enact their old dark ways, that negativity bounces right back at them, guess what??? sure doesnt feel nice. They can awaken to the guidance they are being offered and change or suffer their own dark energy.
This creates no karma or stepping back on our path to ascension, they are imprisioned in their own dark energy which then become their free will to change.
I then found this article and KNEW that this is what took place in this situation: TUNIS (Reuters) – The Tunisian president ousted last year in a popular uprising is willing to hand over to his country any assets found in Switzerland, widely believed to be worth tens of millions of dollars, his lawyer said on Monday.(http://ca.reuters.com/article/topNews/idCABRE86F0XC20120716)
What are the chances that this nasty dictator who was overthrown just suddenly decides to hand over his personal assets to the country that has overthrown him and he has fled from? I believe that we will see many more stories of “bad guys” suddenly and dramatically changing their ways.
