This is a very simple proof that demonstrates that our thoughts modify reality.
Masaru Emoto found out that thoughts influenced the way frozen water gets crystallized.
Negative thoughts create "chaos". Positive thoughts create beautiful crystals.
Here instead of pure water, it is rice that is used. But since cooked rice contains water, we can use the very same property.
